Office Manager

Office Manager (Miramar)

Fast growing company located in Miramar is looking for a full time office manager.

Duties include 

• Provide administrative assistance to the CEO
• Answering phones and email.
• Assist with special projects 
• Be accountable to manage shipments and repairs including research and resolving of customer inquiries and all the documentation/communication related to the task
• Be comfortable communicating with customers regarding outstanding accounts
• Manage office operations and systems, including keeping records, filing (scanning, electronic and hard copies) and maintain efficient and organized files and documentation
• Support Accounting Department with duties that include Accounts Receivable and additional data entry tasks


Requirements:

- Experience working in a corporate environment and strong customer support skills
- Bachelor's degree in office management, business administration or related field preferred
- Ability to read and interpret documents
- Dynamic and professional attitude
- Strong organizational skills and be creative
- Must be VERY Detail oriented, can do attitude, dependable, willingness to assist in all functional areas as needed
- The ability to see tasks through to completion 
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast passed environment
- Must be computer literate and have substantial experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, 
 a working knowledge of QuickBooks and Hubspot
