Support customer events to include, but are not limited to, tests and evaluations, operational and technical assessments, engineering spirals, exercises and training, innovation activities, cyber events, demonstrations, and experiments.
Responsible for allocating system/network administrator resources to cover events, initiatives, tests and exercises as directed by the COR. Acts as a shift lead for all formal test events as well as other activities. Provides installation, loading and configuration of systems, servers and networks. Responsible for administration of network, computer, or communications systems, including LAN, WAN and the organization’s website. This includes administration of user accounts, passwords, permissions, access control lists, email, chat and other server or network services. Maintains virtual environment, servers and clients, creates monitoring reports and logs and ensures functionality of all external links. Monitors networks, websites and servers for acceptable performance and user accessibility. Establishes backups and monitors site security in accordance with DIACAP/RMF accreditation parameters. Responsible for configuration management documentation of network and system topologies. Responsible for applying security lockdowns on all equipment in accordance with JTF-GNO and Program Office guidance.
- Windows OS, UNIX OS, ACAS, HBSS, Cisco IOS/NKOS training
- Security + or equivalent certification is required
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or Computer Science or commensurate experience
- Active TS/SCI Clearance
- Minimum of 10 years of experience supporting operational and daily support to maintain and manage various systems and networks.
