Description
We are looking for a Call Center Representative to provide exceptional customer service and sales assistance in a contact center setting. This role involves responding to general inquiries, offering product and service suggestions, and addressing basic technical concerns through phone, email, and chat. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong active listening skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and an empathetic approach to resolving issues during the first interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction and service
- Assist customers with general questions and service recommendations
- Handle customer escalations appropriately
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve or close help tickets effectively
- Follow management's guidance and offer constructive feedback
- Act on feedback from Team Leaders to improve performance and meet team goals
- Willingness to take on additional tasks as assigned
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes:
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, particularly in issue resolution
- Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM with strong spelling and grammar
- Experience troubleshooting personal devices like cell phones, computers, and Wi-Fi connectivity
- A strong customer service focus, with the ability to engage customers in a courteous and friendly manner
- Passionate about customer service and skilled at simplifying complex tasks
- High emotional intelligence and empathy
- Resourceful in finding solutions through available tools, best practices, and creative thinking
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities
- A team player who can also work independently
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to change
- Resilient and determined, with the ability to overcome challenges and solve problems effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
- Professionalism and the ability to work well with diverse personalities
- High school diploma or equivalent
