Veterans Memorial Of Wake Forest Nc Incis looking for a service-driven member to join our client support team! This individual will interact with clients remotely on a daily basis to provide consultation for a robust accounting software system and assist in technical support.
The ideal candidate will possess a willing and open desire to learn, pay attention to detail, demonstrate exceptional problem solving skills, and is dedicated to being proactive in their work. Some experience relevant to finance/accounting within the K-12 market industry is helpful but not required; we are willing to train all that is needed to succeed in this role.
Our office is located in Fife and we currently serve customers in a growing number of states across the US. There is opportunity for light travel and career growth in this role. This is a full time position with a competitive medical and 401k plan.
Primary Responsibilities :
Deliver friendly, professional, and timely support for a broad range of client questions/concerns via phone or email.
Assist with the development of operational processes and documentation.
Support project implementation team through data building/entry, quality control, and software testing to ensure projects meet client requirements and usability specifications.
Proactively prioritize tasks with thoughtful consideration- Identify and escalate issues to senior staff on as needed basis Perform low to medium level software and hardware troubleshooting.
Provide feedback and participate in the research of issues related to assigned projects/calls, as necessary Minimum Qualifications.
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with a variety of personality types.
Flexibility to take on other responsibilities as delegated.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and PC use Proficiency in English language.
